About the Erasmus+ Programme
The international actions of the Erasmus+ programme contribute to pursuing the goals and investment priorities of the Global Gateway strategy by financing mobility opportunities for individuals from and to partner countries as well as by supporting cooperation and capacity building projects in the field of education, training, youth and sport.

Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education – Global Gateway - related priorities
For Regions 5a (Asia), 6 (Central Asia), 8a (Pacific), 9 (Sub-Saharan Africa), 10 (Latin America) and 11 (Caribbean):
- Under Strand 2, preference will be given to proposals that address Global Gateway - related priorities in the partner countries involved.
- Under Strand 3, proposals in these regions must address the Global Gateway - related priorities for the partner countries involved. This requirement is obligatory for Strand 3 proposals in these regions and will be carefully evaluated as part of the Relevance award criterion.

Priorities for region 9 (Sub-Saharan Africa)
Priorities for regions 10 (Latin America) and 11 (Caribbean)
Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training – Global Gateway - related priorities
For Sub-Saharan Africa (Region 9), Latin America (Region 10) and the Caribbean (Region 11), priority will be given to projects that address at least one of the country or regional Global Gateway-related priorities listed below:
