The EU Investment and Business Forum in Argentina 2026, to be held on 30 November and 1 December 2026 in Buenos Aires, will bring together around 800 high-level representatives from government, business, financial institutions and international organisations from Argentina and the European Union (EU).
The Forum is organised by the EU in conjunction with a consortium of bilateral European Chambers of Commerce in the country, with the support of the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Argentine Investment and International Trade Promotion Agency (PromArgentina).

The Forum is taking place at a pivotal moment for the relations between the EU and Argentina, marked by the renewed momentum of the EU–Mercosur Agreement. Complementing this broader context, the EU’s Global Gateway Investment Agenda (GGIA) in Argentina provides a strategic framework for mobilising sustainable investments in key sectors, such as critical raw materials, energy, agriculture and infrastructure.
The event will serve as a platform to deepen political and economic dialogue, promote concrete investment opportunities and strengthen strategic cooperation within the framework of the GGIA.
The event`s agenda will combine a high-level political segment with thematic debates on public policy, alongside business-to-business meetings, project presentations to development finance institutions and networking sessions for investors.
Expected outcomes include the launch of a structured dialogue between the EU and Argentina on investment, the strengthening of partnerships between public and private sector actors, and greater visibility for EU-backed investment initiatives that contribute to Argentina’s economic modernisation and sustainable development.

Do you have a concrete, investment-ready project you would like to showcase? Participants of the Forum are invited to apply for the Pitching Session, which will take place on Day 1 (afternoon). This session offers a unique opportunity to present your project to a targeted audience of European and Argentine companies, investors and financial institutions.
Selected applicants will have the chance to present their projects in a dynamic format designed to foster partnerships and unlock investment opportunities.
