Description
Organised in Nouakchott by the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the Delegation of the European Union and EU Member States in Mauritania, in cooperation with Mauritanian public and private sector partners, the Forum will focus on sectors with strong potential for sustainable growth and local value creation, including renewable energy and green hydrogen, agribusiness, fisheries, livestock, agriculture, and digital transformation.
In the frame of the Global Gateway strategy and supported by a Team Europe approach, the event will provide a platform to present concrete business and investment opportunities, discuss the investment climate, explore financing instruments and risk-sharing mechanisms, and facilitate targeted B2B, B2G and B2F meetings.
The Forum will also contribute to strengthening public–private dialogue, promoting Mauritania as an attractive investment destination, and supporting new partnerships between European and Mauritanian companies and institutions.
