Mozambique’s abundant natural resources, not yet fully explored, a strategic location allowing economic corridors vital for inland countries in the region, and its potential to become an energy powerhouse and a logistical hub for the whole region, makes it a truly unique investment destination.

Description
Organised by the Government of Mozambique, the European and Mozambican Chambers of commerce, the Agency for Promotion of Investment and Exports (APIEX), the EU and its Member States, in a Team Europe approach, the Forum aims at offering a unique platform to enhance networking and explore win-win investment and business opportunities.
During this two-day high-level gathering, public and private sector stakeholders will look into the more recent policy directions and corresponding reforms that the country is pursuing, and their impact in making Mozambique a more attractive investment destination, while presenting concrete investment opportunities in key sectors, namely (1) energy transition (including critical raw materials), (2) agribusiness/agro-processing, (3) connectivity and digital infrastructure, and (4) tourism.
The Forum will highlight opportunities for Mozambique and the European Union of promoting a sustainable growth model, leveraging partnership and attracting European quality investments to support green industrialisation in the country.
The event will include key note speeches, presentations, panel discussions, pitching sessions and matchmaking. It will be structured to maximize engagement through a mix of B2B and B2G sessions, facilitating dialogue, networking, and collaboration around a pipeline of relevant investment opportunities across the key identified sectors.
In addition to specific sessions on Energy Transition to be delivered during the Business Forum, the Fifth Renewables Business Conference in Mozambique (RENMOZ) will take place back to back to the Forum, and will extend for an additional day.
