Fair, Green & Global Alliance (FGG)

Overview

The FGG Alliance aims to empower civil society to promote fair, green, and inclusive economic development, and to hold governments and companies accountable for their actions.

The FGG Alliance carries out a range of activities that benefit stakeholders in partner countries, including:

  1. Conducting research and promoting knowledge development and exchange
  2. Facilitating and strengthening fair and green practices, including through small grants
  3. Monitoring and highlighting the impacts of policies and business conduct
  4. Supporting grievance mechanisms to address business-related human rights abuses
  5. Assisting women, labour, environmental, and land defenders
  6. Organising, networking, and building movements from the local to the global level
  7. Engaging in outreach and campaigning
  8. Lobbying and advocacy work
  9. Collaborating to exchange knowledge, network, and engage in strategic policy dialogue
