Green Action in Enterprises (GAIN)

Overview

The outcome of the project is to advance the transition to an inclusive green economy, leading to an improved quality of life throughout Jordan.

The project supports Jordan’s green economic transformation through evidence-based policy advice to ministries, including the development and implementation of policy instruments and inter-ministerial steering mechanisms. It builds the capacity of intermediary organizations and local service companies to develop feasibility studies, green investment guides, and circular production models. Companies are supported with tailored advisory services to adopt circular business models, improve resource efficiency, and enhance gender and disability inclusion. Dialogue formats and knowledge transfer activities promote cooperation between stakeholders and improve the enabling environment for sustainable production.
