OECD Due Diligence Checker for the Minerals Sector

Overview

The OECD Due Diligence Checker for the Minerals Sector aims to help enterprises improve implementation of OECD standards on Responsible Business Conduct.

The checker can be used by any enterprise in the minerals sector to self-check how well it implements the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. The tool is relevant across all stages of the mineral supply chain. The checker guides users through the 6-step due diligence framework. After completing the questionnaire, they receive an indicative gap analysis based on their responses to identify areas where enterprises should adjust their due diligence practices to better reflect OECD standards and guidance.
