Workplace Compliance through Labour Inspection Guidance and Social Dialogue (WPC)

Overview

The overall objective of this Action is to contribute to creating a more decent work environment for all women and men in Türkiye.

The project conducts training for labour inspectors, develops and updates inspection tools and guidelines, and facilitates peer-to-peer learning. It organizes workshops and consultations to strengthen collaboration among labour ministries, employers, and workers. The project supports the review of labour inspection systems, promotes data collection and analysis for evidence-based decision-making, and encourages social dialogue through joint initiatives. It also provides technical assistance for policy implementation and fosters knowledge exchange on best practices in workplace compliance.
