Job description
To ensure, under the supervision of the Head (and Deputy Head) of Section, that the contractual and financial management of projects and programs of development aid and of financial and technical cooperation with third countries are carried out in line with the rules, regulations and overall instructions given by Headquarters (Financial Regulations, Practical guide, Companion, Finances guides, instructions notes, wiki’s, etc.) General and specific assistance to colleagues in the FCA section, the Delegation, the FCA network and/or the unit if needed.
