Job description
Within the horizontal sector, to provide support and advice to Delegations and colleagues in FCA Sections on legal issues, including complaints and pre-litigation, OLAF and EDES procedures in collaboration with other services and DG, to contribute to reporting, supervision and monitoring tasks related to legal support provided by the sector, to contribute to the elaboration of a monthly newsletter addressed to all Delegations on FCA related issues.
