The IV CELAC–EU Summit will be held in Santa Marta, Colombia, on 8-9–10 November 2025, bringing together Heads of State or Government from all 33 CELAC countries and all 27 EU Member States, as well as the Presidents of the European Council and the European Commission. The Summit will review progress and explore new opportunities in the bi-regional strategic partnership.
In the margins of the Summit, the LAC-EU Business Forum will provide a space to take stock of and enhance economic cooperation and investment between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean, using the EU-LAC Global Gateway Investment Agenda as a framework and building on the EU-LAC Business Roundtable of 2023. It also seeks to foster public–private partnerships that meet the priorities of both regions.
The LAC-EU Business Forum is organised by the Government of Colombia, in its capacity as CELAC’s Pro Tempore Presidency, in cooperation with the European Union, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF).
