7th International Forum “Cities and Regions for International Partnerships”- 2021 edition

We are pleased to announce that the seventh edition of the Forum “Cities and Regions for International Partnerships” (formerly called “Assises de la Coopération Décentralisée”) will take place as a fully digital event on the 29th and 30th November 2021.

Organised jointly by the European Commission (Directorate General for International Partnerships) and the European Committee of the Regions, the Forum will provide a unique space for dialogue and fostering cooperation among local and regional authorities from the European Union and its partner countries from Africa, Asia and Latin America.

The 2021 edition will focus on:

• Sustainable and Green Recovery
• Participatory Citizenship and Good Governance

Specific attention will also be given to the local use of digital opportunities and to the consideration of the inclusive and human dimension (e.g. inter-gender, inter-generational and inter-cultural).
