Overview
The aim of the initiative is to develop a modern, socially and environmentally sustainable lithium sector, including a job-creating value chain, in Argentina.
Project activities include enhancing the regulatory framework, developing scientific and technological cooperation, and derisking EU private sector investment in lithium exploration and production. Sustained efforts have positioned the EU as a trusted and credible partner, with the aim for facilitating concrete investment opportunities for EU companies and the construction of a sustainable value chain around raw materials and in particular around lithium.
