Provision of combi-tracks solar energy and horticulture in Nigeria

Overview

This flagship project consists in supporting 10,000 young people to start businesses or secure employment in the agri-food sector, as part of the Africa-EU Green Energy Initiative.

Main project activities include:

  • Launching the Netherlands combi-tracks initiative, which combines solar energy and horticulture
  • Integrating aid, trade, and investment to promote renewable energy and agri-food solutions
  • Contributing to the Green Economy Alliance and aligning with the broader Regional Team Europe Initiative (TEI)

The project aims to empower youth, stimulate green jobs, and foster sustainable development in the agri-food and renewable energy sectors.
