Rural development and productivity in Honduras

Overview

This flagship project consists in promoting productive rural development in a climate-resilient and inclusive manner, particularly in vulnerable regions such as the Corredor Seco.

Main project activities include:

  • Providing climate-smart technologies, productive technical assistance, and improved access to financing for rural populations.
  • Reducing pressure on urban areas and mitigating pollution by fostering sustainable rural livelihoods.
  • Organising an exchange event to share best practices and facilitate dialogue among producers on the challenges of rural development under climate change.
