Overview
This flagship project consists in supporting a public financial actor "Fonds d’équipement Communal" to finance investments by local authorities that are vulnerable and have limited financial resources.
Main project activities include:
- Urban projects to combat climate change and water stress arising from local authority climate plans.
- Strengthening the FEC's governance and climate finance.
- Supporting the reduction of territorial and social disparities.
