This evaluation is an independent, evidence-based assessment of the EU’s regional development cooperation with Latin America in 2009-2017. It aims at providing key lessons and recommendations to improve and inform future regional cooperation. The evaluation covers more than 30 regional programmes over the period in five key areas.
