This report presents the results of the strategic evaluation of the EU's cooperation with the Republic of Chad over the 2008-2014 period. The main objectives of this study were to provide an independent and comprehensive evaluation of past and present relations in the cooperation with Chad and identify the key lessons to improve current and future EU strategies and programmes.
