Introduction
This project, developed by the Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (RTIA) - Facility, aims to scale up the IFADEM tutored blended learning programme for in-service teachers in Benin, the DRC, and Senegal. The initiative encourages peer-to-peer learning and is implemented in partnership with Francophone organisations such as the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and the Organisation International de la Francophonie (OIF), alongside national Ministries of Education. It focuses on strengthening the pedagogical and digital skills of supervisory staff and enhancing regional collaboration. Key activities include the implementation of blended learning programmes, capacity building for educational supervisors, and fostering a culture of sharing good practices across regions. The project also contributes to reinforcing regional dynamics and peer learning among educators.
