Evaluation of EU Budget Support and Blending in the Kyrgyz Republic (2010-2019)

This evaluation provides an independent and evidence-based assessment of EU budget support and blending operations in Kyrgyzstan, including the effects achieved at outcome and impact level. It takes stock of what has been achieved and identifies key lessons on the main factors which have influenced the effectiveness and impact of the EU support provided through the two modalities. It offers recommendations on how to improve current and inform future operations.
