Evaluation of the European Union’s regional development cooperation with Latin America (2009-2017)

The independent evaluation covers more than 30 regional programmes, being implemented in partnership with the EU across 18 Latin American countries. It also provides key lessons and recommendations to improve and inform future regional cooperation with the EU on sectors like higher education, inclusive growth, social equity, environmental policy and the security-development nexus.
