Description

The independent evaluation covers the two Regional Economic Communities in the region: the Economic Community of Central African States and the Central African Economic and Monetary Community. Topics like the pertinence of regional cooperation, peace and security, commercial integration, interconnectivity of regional infrastructures, preservation of biodiversity and governance in communication international organizations were subject to assessment. The evaluation also draws key lessons and makes recommendations for strenghtening future EU regional cooperation.
