Review of evaluations of EU private sector development support to third countries

This report presents an independent analysis of 45 evaluations of EU projects aiming to support private sector development in third countries, notably under the areas of private framework development, trade and regional integration. The assessment aims at improving quality of future EU private sector development programmes regarding small and medium enterprises, accessibility to financing, the role of the public sector and bottom-up approaches in different kinds of businesses.
