Strategic evaluation of Blending (2007-2014)

The evaluation provides an overall and independent assessment of EU support through seven investment facilities over the period 2007-2014: EU-Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund (ITF); Neighbourhood Investment Facility (NIF); Latin American Investment Facility (LAIF); Caribbean Investment Facility (CIF); Investment Facility for Central Asia (IFCA); Asian Investment Facility (AIF) and the Investment Facility for the Pacific (IFP). This report presents the results of blending activities in poverty reduction, completed projects and effects on jobs creation.
