Description
The independent evaluation assesses the strategic application of the EU’s approach to building the resilience of households to the shocks and stresses which lead to food crises. The evaluation seeks to analyse how relevant sectors have been brought together to create synergistic effects to strengthen resilience to food crises. The subject of the evaluation lies at the interface of humanitarian action and development aid.
