Strategic evaluation of EU cooperation with Pakistan (2007-2014)

The evaluation provides an independent assessment of the EU's cooperation with Pakistan. This report addresses to what extent the EU cooperation strategy has contributed to institutional improvements and reforms, and has produced visible results in rural development, education, democratisation, human rights, rule of law and trade. It also focuses on identifying key lessons and recommendations for improving future strategy and possible joint programming exercises.
