Strategic Evaluation of EU development cooperation support to higher education in partner countries (2007-2014)

The independent evaluation covers activities in the higher education sector supported by the EU globally within the framework of the European Development Fund, the Development Cooperation Instrument with both thematic and geographic components, as well as the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument. The evaluation assesses the alignment and relevance of these instruments with the policies of the studied countries, as well as their impact in teaching, research, inclusiveness, responsiveness to labour market needs and reforms in higher education policy.
