Strategic evaluation of EU Support to Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment in Partner Countries (2010-2015)

The independent evaluation focuses on how gender mainstreaming has been implemented by the European Commission Services, the European External Action Service and two EU Member States (the Netherlands and Spain). The evaluation assesses the relevance of EU and country cooperation (policy, strategies, programmes/projects) and its effectiveness in supporting sustainable impacts on Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment in partner countries.
