The independent evaluation focuses on the road subsector, including the provision of infrastructure, its operation and maintenance, as well as institutional strengthening and regulatory activities supported by the EU. This report considers all types of support to the transport sector, including provision, operation, management and maintenance of transport infrastructure, institutional strengthening, capacity development and regulatory activities.
