Evaluation of the EU regional-level support to Central Asia (2007-2014)

This independent evaluation covers four focal sectors: environment, border management, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) development, and higher education. In addition, the evaluation considers the coordination and complementarity of the EU’s regional-level interventions with EU’s bilateral interventions in the five Central Asian countries as well as other donors’ regional-level interventions, and the coherence between the EU’s interventions and overarching EU policies.
