Evaluation of the European Union’s cooperation with Tajikistan

The evaluation provides an independent and evidence-based assessment of the performance of the EU support to Tajikistan. It focuses particularly on the priority areas of interventions identified in the Multi-annual Indicative Programme 2014-2020: Rural development, Health, and Education. However, the thematic coverage is not limited to these three sectors. It also includes COVID-19-related support to mitigate the impact of the pandemic as well as cross-cutting issues, such as human rights, gender equality, the climate crisis and environmental issues and conflict sensitivity.
