Description
The global evaluation provides an independent assessment of the results achieved by EU external action under the objectives of the EU Gender Action Plan II and other policy frameworks relevant for gender equality. Those include, amongst others, the approach on Women, Peace and Security Agenda, the Agenda 2030 and its Sustainable Development Goals, and The New European Consensus for Development 2017. Results and recommendations emerging from this evaluation supported the design of the new EU Gender Action Plan (GAP III).
