Descrizione
The evaluation covers all regions and countries of EU development cooperation. It aims at providing the EU and the wider public with an overall independent assessment of the Joint Programming process, and, on this basis, to provide recommendations to improve current and inform the future Joint Programming process. It assesses the extent to which Joint Programming has contributed to reducing aid fragmentation, and to improving aid predictability and transparency in the EU's and Member States' aid.
