Description
This independent evaluation provides a comprehensive assessment of the EU cooperation in the Republic of Chad implemented over the period 2008-2014. The evaluation also draws some lessons learnt and recommendations aimed at strengthening future EU cooperation, especially in policies related to basic social services, governance, transport and energy interconnection, sustainable management of natural resources, and means and modalities of intervention used.
