Discover Europe’s external action
The International Partnerships InfoPoint is a unique way to access all EU external action services. Since 2006, we have delivered conferences and on-demand presentations to about 10,000 visitors per year. It is a space for dialogue, exchange of ideas and networking on issues related to international partnerships.
The InfoPoint was closed to the public during the COVID pandemic. This has led to a digitalisation of our services, with conferences and events now in online, onsite or hybrid format.
Group visits
The InfoPoint organises tailored group visits online and onsite featuring presentations on subjects related to the EU's external actions and International partnerships delivered by one of our experts.
- Group size: minimum 10 people
- Duration: 1-2 hours
- Audiences: students, companies, NGOs, EU officials, regional representatives from partner countries, etc.
- Language: English or French (visits can be requested in other EU languages, but cannot be guaranteed)

Conferences
The InfoPoint can play an important part in strengthening our external partnerships, whether on specific programmes, projects and reports, sharing best practices or networking. We can help you organise an event that best fits the outcome you are looking for.
The events in the InfoPoint cover a wide range of issues arising from the EU's international partnerships, from very topical issues such as the energy crisis to more long-term themes such as climate change.
Conferences, debates and project presentations, among others, can be organised fully online with up to 1,000 simultaneous participants, onsite with up to 50 participants or in a hybrid format.
