As part of the Team Europe initiative on manufacturing and access to vaccines, medicines and health technologies in Africa Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen has signed a letter of intent with African Union Development Agency – NEPAD to contribute to the two main African institutions for public health.

Today, African Union and European Union Commissions engaged on their strategic partnership and reviewed progress in the implementation of the joint commitments taken at the 6th EU-AU Summit in February 2022.
