This Mid-Term Evaluation of EU Support to Niger Delta Support Programme in Five Niger Delta States in Nigeria Component 3 (Water and Sanitation) was undertaken from 4 July to 16 August 2016. The main findings, conclusions, recommendations and lesson learned are presented in the report attached.
