The Covid-19 pandemic highlighted the stark disparity in the world’s capacity in health product manufacturing, leaving many countries ill-equipped to protect their own populations. Cuba's Finlay Vaccine Institute is a vital actor in efforts to safeguard Cuban and Latin American public health.
