Today at the EU-Nigeria Digital Open Day taking place in Brussels, a €45 million programme completing the EU Digital Economy Package for Nigeria was signed between Nigerian Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, and Commissioner Jozef Síkela.
