The MTR assesses the materialisation of the expected results and their facilitating and contrasting factors, the performance of the management at both regional and national levels and their ability to adapt to changing conditions and the governing mechanisms of the programme.

The mid-term evaluation assesses the PPDF’s performance, to understand enabling factors and
