The high-level EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF) brings together business and political leaders from the European Union (EU) and Africa to facilitate sustainable investments and trade.
Africa and Europe are strengthening their cooperation and partnership. At the forefront of the relationship is the Global Gateway Africa-Europe Investment Package, which aims to mobilise at least €150bn towards transformational projects in Africa by 2027 in five critical areas - digital, climate and energy, transport, healthcare, and education and research.
The Forum facilitates high-level business-to-government (B2G) dialogue, providing business representatives with a unique opportunity to engage directly with policymakers from both continents, discuss investment opportunities and contribute to policy reforms that improve the investment climate.

The EU-Africa Business Forum powered by the EABF Facility
The EU-Africa Business Forum Facility was established by the European Commission in 2024 to organise the continental EU-Africa Business Forum every three years and support the bilateral EU Business Forums with its African Partners.
The Facility is supported by a project management team, tasked with the coordination and implementation of a 5-year action programme. It organises activities and events, ensuring direction and fostering interaction between the European Commission, EU Delegations, private companies, financial institutions, investors and Business Support Organisations from both Africa and the EU.
