Strategic evaluation of the EU Cooperation with Lesotho (2008-2013)

The independent evaluation provides results on the EU's engagement in Lesotho. It is mainly focused on the relevance and the efficiency of the strategy, the effectiveness and impacts of cooperation, and on key issues of cooperation including regional leverage, support to social protection, water supply and sanitation, and budget support. It also addressed matters of coordination, the mix of instruments and types of aid, as well as the effect of institutional changes within the EU.
